VacancyDoor is privacy-friendly by design. Because applications are completed on employers' own career sites, we do not collect résumés, cover letters, or other candidate application data.

We record minimal, anonymized analytics — job page views and outbound “Apply” click events (job, timestamp, referrer, and UTM parameters where present) — to understand which listings are useful. We do not store raw IP addresses.
