Senior Compute Runtime Software Engineer

Engineer container and virtualization runtimes for Apple compute platforms.

Design and implement virtualization-based compute runtimes. Build container technologies for Linux and macOS. Own technical architecture and implementation for core infrastructure. Improve security, performance and reliability of runtime services. Review code and mentor other engineers.

Computer science degree or equivalent experience. 8+ years software design and development in compute, storage or network virtualization. C, C++, Swift or Go programming expertise. Linux containers, filesystems, image distribution, storage or kernel security. End-to-end technical design ownership.

Linux systems programming experience. Experience leading code reviews and engineering quality standards.
