Overview
Design security defenses for Apple datacenter and public cloud services.
Responsibilities
Identify and mitigate security threats across public cloud, datacenter, applications and data stores.
Design secure architectures and developer-friendly security controls.
Collaborate with product, privacy, legal and compliance teams.
Mentor engineers and develop proactive defenses against emerging threats.
Requirements
Degree in computer science, information security or equivalent experience.
10+ years hands-on security engineering.
Threat modeling, vulnerability management, secure coding and security architecture.
AWS, GCP or Azure expertise.
Python, Go or Java; IaC and DevSecOps.
Familiarity with GDPR, PCI-DSS or HIPAA.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience building secure cloud platforms.
Ability to anticipate new threats and influence technical stakeholders.
